1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the points+ application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

points+ provides information about United Airlines flight upgrade availability using PlusPoints. The App displays publicly available flight data to help users identify flights with potential upgrade availability.

3. No Affiliation with United Airlines

points+ is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to United Airlines, Inc. in any way.

"PlusPoints" and "United" are trademarks of United Airlines, Inc. The use of these terms is for informational purposes only and does not imply any relationship with United Airlines.

4. No Guarantee of Upgrades

The information provided in the App is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy of upgrade availability data
  • That displayed upgrades will be available when you attempt to book
  • Any specific outcome when using PlusPoints for upgrades

Upgrade availability changes frequently. Always verify availability directly with United Airlines before making travel decisions.

5. Subscriptions

The App offers optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") that provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App (scraping, bots, etc.)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by points+ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POINTS+ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
