What does the green badge mean?
A green badge indicates that PlusPoints upgrade inventory is available on that flight. This means you can use your PlusPoints for a confirmed upgrade rather than being waitlisted.
How do Sniper Alerts work?
Set up a Sniper Alert for a specific route (e.g., ORD → NRT). When upgrade inventory becomes available on that route, you'll receive a push notification so you can act fast.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find "points+" and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Why aren't my notifications working?
Make sure notifications are enabled for points+ in your device settings:
- Open Settings → points+
- Tap "Notifications"
- Enable "Allow Notifications"
Is points+ affiliated with United Airlines?
No. points+ is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to United Airlines in any way. We simply display publicly available information about flight upgrade availability.
